This is false, to be honest. Keybinding will, and has been proven mathematically to be more efficient than clicking in every single regard by every single metric. It is impossible for someone to click just as well as someone keybinds.
Can they complete content? Possibly. Will it be as efficient as someone who takes the time to keybind, or done as smoothly? No. Never.
