That would be pretty awesome. They could reignite tensions between worgen an forsaken if they wanted to. Some of my favorite cinematics include the worgen capture by Godfrey and the standoff in Legion between Sylvanas and Greymane. It doesn’t even have to be a central hub I’d go to visit just because.

I mentioned early on Gilneas should have been an alliance hub.
It’s geographically relevant and only needs a few touch ups + NPCs.

The city looks much, much smaller than Stormwind, Ironforge, and Boralus.
I think it’s quite clear when Blizzard designs a city to be a capital city hub and when they design it to be a forgettable quest hub relevant only to one race.

Well it was never suppose to just be a quest hub. Original it was suppose to be a battleground, which we kinda dodged a bullet on that because if it had been a battleground there was a snowballs chance it would ever be returned to the Worgen/Gilneans.
As for the topic at hand, my guess it Gilneas would probably be at the bottom of a long pile in terms of being turned into a functional city. I expect we will get revamps of playable cities first
I play on a toaster so Idk if I’d like to see upscaled assets and textures that make my game lag lol. But I’d love to see Gilneas get a revamp. Think of the possibilities: witches, undead, feral worgen, deserters from both Gilneas and the Forskaen, Scarlets, so much to play around with.
But personally, I’d rather see Hillsbrad get a revamp first. The plot returning to the Northern Kingdoms has really highlighted just how empty and dated the area feels. It was fun for a single Horde questline, but flying past the location now makes everything feel so lifeless. Like a Hollywood backlot stored in an old warehouse. Compared to the immaculate glow-up the Arathi Highlands got, it’s a stark contrast.
