Gilded Crests in Delves not dropping?

I have done 2 level 11 delves with coffer keys and the like, including using the map to summon laser shooter. I have had 0 Gilded crests drop, and am rune capped so don’t get those either. Is this expected behavior? It says on the tooltip that gilded crests should drop, I have a ton of different chests, but no luck?

I ran 2 bountiful today, looted all the containers and have no new gilded crests. I’m capped on all the others. Is this a bug? We also summoned Kyvestra. Is this bug worthy or am I missing singing. First delves today.

You can only get up to 31 Gilded Crests from lvl 11 Delves per week. 3 Gilded caches with 7 crests each appear at the end of a bountiful delve per week and then 10 more from the Hidden cache from using the Delver’s Bounty.

Is that 31 crests for your entire warband or per individual character?
