Is anyone getting random whispers from some rando , like 4-5 lines from some random spouting off complete gibberish? Like, it’s as clickbaitey as half the topics on the forums.
Hasn’t happened to me, sounds creepy. What kind of stuff do they say?

Uhhhh, the first one was something about giant snowballs and the polar bear, no one was on it in the airport so I left. later after switching characters I got another whisper from the same person saying something like “oh wow this place is beautiful”, again the same 4-5 lines. the next was the same person /patting me just out in the wild.
Today the person was talking about how they’d seen both lucifer and god or some other gibberish like that? same 4-5 lines, same server as the other person.

I had someone tell me that some bad creepy stuff happened to my character (not this one, it was my paladin in current wow)! I replied with “sucks to be me” and they kept going with their story about my character. Was actually curious where they were going with it but I had to log out lol
I mean… if someone sends me a paragraph with random recruitment macro stuff, I send them back something equally helpful. Like a paragraph of the user manual for microwaves or ingredients in cupcakes.

somebody said something along the lines of “when you got on your mount, it was like ‘no’ XD” and I got that as I was traveling to Bastion, I had no idea what it meant and I couldn’t whisper back… like I’d type back and nothing would happen

(I may use this in one of my D&D sessions. It’s just too good.)

it kind of sounds like a looping res fairy, with a little kid, some chanting, and some unintelligible whispers.
i certainly wouldn’t consider it worthy of the “CREEPIEST” title.
…more like mildly irritating.
It’s okay up until it starts looping IMHO.
If you can come up with something better, I’d love to hear it.
