I have done the necessary requirements multiple times to unlock the tint variations for Ghost of the Pridemother. I have killed Kil’Jaden multiple weeks on different difficulties and completed 10+ different legion dungeons and still have not had the appearance variations appear in the barbershop. This is frustrating considering the time I put into getting the variations, but now I have done all that work for absolutely nothing at this point. I have unlocked the tints successfully on other classes but for some reason the form skins for druid are either bugged or locked.

i got the form while mage tower was current. and same issue. seems remix toons get it removed for midnight. google says its a heroic kj kill achievement for the red variant but that still doesnt work.. i submitted a ticket, and all they said was check here and complete it with no addons.. the only addon i use is consoleport… 
im not happy with the new blizz…
Assuming you unlocked the base form when legion was current (not remix), you also have to complete the legion dungeons and raids with the same character and not with time walking versions.
And yes Blizzards “new” customer service that’s mostly a GenAI chatbot is worthless.

Maybe they screwed up something on the back end after they had to do that rollback after legion remix released. The mage tower forms suddenly became available to everyone
