I also cannot claim the reward despite my account being connected and having watched 4 hours.

Just add it to the list of things broken after pre patch…

Yep, same. The mount’s in my inventory page on Twitch and my account is connected. I changed my Twitch password a couple months ago and I don’t want to disconnect it and have to wait a week to reconnect it.

Its not showing up in my inventory either, and i did got other drops before

did someone got it already? its a general bug, or just a few people?

Same thing, it’s driving me nuts trying to figure it out. I was going to disconnect and then reconnect but it says there is a 7 day period I would have to wait.

So I have watched 4 hours, and my account is connected, but I am unable to claim it, its sitting there in the inventory though

For me, it was about 4 1/2 hours. There were no breaks, but it still took an extra 30 min for the 100%. Claimed it. It was 10pm, so I didnt look till the morning, and it was in its gift box in game for me

They say these things can take up to 24 hours to show up. Give it until tonight/tomorrow

I was able to claim it 5 days ago but it still haven’t shown up in game. really starting to worry me. I got the owl no problem, got overwatch rewards no problem, but this mount just isn’t showing up

Same, I still haven’t gotten mine and I “earned” it almost a week ago…

Hopefully it is addressed. Some people said to disconnect your twitch from your bnet and then reconnect…but there is a 7 day waiting period for doing that.

So, an update

My dyslexic butt made a prank on me, cause many months ago i made a new twitch account, cause i lost the previous one, this new one i linked to blizzard and got stuff

Few months ago i somehow got it back, and i was using the old one and confused with the one linked with blizzard cause the names are the same.

I did again with the right twitch and got the mount in the same moment, so you guys might check that out.

I ended up disconnecting my twitch from my battlenet and was able to reconnect right away (no 7 day wait) and then I received my mount.

I did the same thing two days ago and I still haven’t received the mount. At this point I’m not sure what’s going on.

Any update on this? I just finished mine 100% earlier today and it still hasnt showed up in game. It shows on my inventory page on Twitch and says underneath of it “account connected” never had a “claim” button for it like I did for the pet. However, still havent received it, on other games its almost instant.

I resolved it by creating a second Twitch account, linking it to my BNet account, and then watching another 4 hours. Showed up in my collections when I logged in just now.
