Getting frustrated - help please!

Hi,

Just started playing Holy Paladin and just cannot get a macro working for Holy Shock that achieves the following:

Check list:

  • Mouseover cast on friend

  • Mousover cast on enemy

  • If no mouseover exists casts on existing target

  • If no mouseover or target exists self cast

  • Modify with 'Alt' to always self cast

Maybe its not possible?
