maybe you can ask them if they’re willing to give you a refund. The worst they’d say to you is no
ummm just go to the refund page and do it your self it will work.
I didn’t know there was a refund page; do you know how long ago the purchase can be for a refund? Normally I just request for the difference in Battle.net balance in a ticket.
