Classic WoTLK is a love letter to ActaBlizzards investors. But really - we all kind of knew where it was heading. Bliz were either going to continue capitalizing off Bot subs or get into the action directly with tokens. No way they were going to say “no” to more money.
They were never going to go the hard route and really clamp down on RMTs at the expense of profits - by you know, perma banning gold buyers. If anyone thought they were, they didn’t know the company they give their money to.
My plan is to not pay Blizzard another dime. Let the gullible do that for me. Once the Lich king is down, I’ll be off to another game.

Surely is a small minority, but it’s nice to kick start you when you start on a new server for sure.
I’m actually just happy the game is now free. People seems to just don’t realize that means they can but a token and sell it for their sub and let people who like to waste real money on trinkets pay the game for you.
Any other retail features ya’ll wanna add? Any other of your “pillars” you want to knock over?
At least the integrity of the game is saved keeping RDF out of it.

DK or hunter (bm). Hunter brings pet tank while it shoots dps. BM gives more to the pet side. DK is dnd grinds and smack down what lives longer lol.

That mount model gave me headaches. Fair though, that is the final straw, give the people their sparkle ponies and peppy puppies.
I believe this more and more each day as an eventuality.
I may go the DK option then. Should be a few hours a week to pay for my sub - less actually. 10k gold a month is not too hard to grind I don’t think.
Once you accept the conclusion that all AAA game devs are greedy corps it gets easier ;p
