I claimed on Twitch over an hour ago but it’s still acting like the accounts aren’t connected. They are. I triple checked. Oh well, at least the music is good while I wait

A. In order to earn your rewards, you’ll need to watch on TikTok for at least 3 minutes, or on Twitch or YouTube for 20 minutes.

Q. How can I tell if I’m earning drops?
A.

  • On TikTok, you’ll find a bar along the bottom of the screen that indicates that Game Rewards are live and that you’re earning progress.
  • On Twitch, you’ll be able to see your drops progress on the Drops & Rewards page of your account.
  • On YouTube, you’ll see “Connected” underneath the broadcast window. If you don’t see this, ensure that your account is linked and refresh the page.

Q. How do I link my battle.net and Twitch accounts?
A. Sign into your Battle.net account and click the Connect link for Twitch, then follow the instructions to sign in and link your Twitch account to Battle.net.

I watched an hour 62 minutes on youtube to exact. Checked my connected status to battle.net to youtube and they both said connected.

I still dont have the mount last i checked.

Been listening to the stream for 2.5 hrs. Got the twitch notification that the drop was available, tried to claim it, it says I need to connect to Bnet. Click the connect link, Bnet shows it’s already connected. :woman_facepalming:

It’s okay that you don’t have a mount yet, it could take some time to take an effect in-game. Problem is, there is no indicator that you done with it on youtube. It only shows battle.net account connection status.
