I have had the same thing happen to me. Said I claimed it but did not get anything. Any idea if they plan to fix this?

Same. Never had an issue with Twitch. Just claimed my reward and relogged into WoW three times. No rewards.

Lucky, Twitch won’t even acknowledge I’ve watched the video…

For what it matters, Twitch does say that it can take up 24 hours for a reward to be credited to the linked account. Usually, I’ve had it show it immediately, longest delay was a maybe five minutes.

I watched Warcraft stream and same issue. I went to a Hearthstone stream and it started a new 20 min drop timer. From what I read the reward, when claimed, will apply to all games. Idk we’ll see

Do I need to watch the announcement video on a WoW related Twitch channel, or can the streamer be doing something else while I am watching? If I can treat it like the other Twitch drops where I simply have to watch a streamer who is streaming WoW related content for X amount of time, that would be ideal.

I don’t see the reward ingame. I connected twitch and claimed the reward but nothing ingame?

Should just need to go to a twitch channel that’s streaming WoW and has Dropsenabled as one of the tags…

I’m now after over an hour of watching finally “earning” the reward. Oh well at least it’s the music for now.

Just want to confirm I just got my mount drops. So, they are coming in and just may take some time with a lot of people doing it at the same time.

The mounts were waiting in game for me. But, no announcement on the Battle.Net App.

I have used twitch drops for sometime now with no problems.
I have watched all of the 30th anniversary special and now listening to the music.
My twitch account says i have claimed my drops. It is attached to my Warcraft account. Still no mounts. I have logged in and out. What am i missing?

Have not received and don’t know exactly how to receive the code for watching on TikTok. Streamed it there to get a code for a friend that lives in Australia, because I’m a good friend. :smiley:

Yes I did watch Twitch. Try completely logging off the game and give it about 5 minutes. That’s what I did, and they were waiting for me when I logged back in.
