I watched the entire live event. No rewards as of late yesterday.
I’m not an expert, but did you see that it said ‘connected’ below the screen. It would have been near the like/dislike button. Not just connected to Battle.Net via YouTube. If it didn’t show the little diamond and say connected it wasn’t registering that you were watching. Sometimes you have to refresh the page while watching to get that ‘connected’ to pop.
Also, did you check in the game itself. Mine never showed that I got the rewards, but when I logged into the game the mounts were there.
I wish you luck on getting the rewards.

What a great sign that even something as simple as your forums is a mess. 
I didn’t notice the lil diamond or the word ‘connected’ - so that may be the problem.

I’m not sure you can call these forums “simple.” The news system and the forums are two separate systems that are being told they need to talk to each other. Remember, once upon a time, we didn’t even have generated forum threads off of the news posts. We had discussions that weren’t threaded well on the news post itself (with limited moderation tools) and had to create separate threads manually if we wanted a discussion on the forums as related to a news article.

I have watched four hours across three days for this ‘20 minutes’ to get the mounts and I’ve only gotten credit for 40%.
I’m glad I can watch this, I can’t play right now due to a broken bone in my wrist!! Don’t even know how I did it, and I am crying I can’t play, just run around and look at stuff.

What you are watching has to be live it has to be the actual live stream when it’s LIVE. It will say connected the bottom of the video
Once it airs you are no longer eligible. So until there’s another live stream you’re only option is Twitch. If you’re curious it took 20 hours for me to get my twitch Drop Rewards in Game after I claim them
Mine came in at around 3 hours after I claimed it. I was just sitting in Nagrand minding my own business and all of a sudden BAM! A horde rogue killed me, then I went to SW and turned off WM and a few minutes later the mounts appeared.
I tried to watch it with both my battle.net account connected on Twitch account for over 1 hour and no rewards yet. Then I tried the next day on my YouTube account connected battle.net account and still no rewards yet. I feel cheated out of rewards.

Update - 2 days later, the 2 mounts were in my collection waiting to be unwrapped. Never got a redeem code. So, if you are waiting a redeem code, check your collection.

Yeah so was mine I kind of gave up on YouTube to be honest and just watch 20 minutes of twitch that probably would have been the best route
What happened to the YouTube link? I don’t see it in the post any longer, or I’m missing something.
How about coming up with more Mounts for the other promotion you are running with Pepsi. Not sure how a digital mount is sold out.
