ok so the wording in their announcement is SUPER vague.
if you missed the live event, watching the vod of it won’t count, you just have to go watch some other wow streamer with drops enabled for 20 minutes.
they could have said that. I had to infer it from posts in customer support. terrible communication in their original messaging.

No just letting people who are watching the replays know where the wow Retail info is in the 3 hour video.
Thank you so much!!! I was watching Blizz’s vod and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t earning anything (the timing of the live stream was terrible for me). I thought I would check the announcement again, came here to the comments and scrolled to the end. And here you had the answer for me.

Great so I had it open for 3 hours for no reason…
I was confused as well. I still don’t think it makes any sense that watching the vod doesn’t count since their goal seemed to be for players to see the announcement.
Watching a streamer doing anything for only 20 minutes for the mounts is surprising to me after they’ve asked for us to watch for 4 hours of streaming for the other drops - it sounded too good to be true, although I definitely don’t mind. I would much rather watch for 20 min than 4 hours.
Not all of Twitch is “trash”. Aside from the uber WoW streamers, and other categories, there are hundreds of friendly and interactive streamers who play this game. Instead of seeing who has the most viewers, try seeing who is playing WoW with 50-200 viewers. Those are worth watching.

I watched the entire stream live while logged into my Twitch account and didn’t get any progress towards earning the mount. In fact, when I went into my inventory screen on Twitch afterwards it didn’t even show the anniversary bundle as a drop reward I could earn progress towards.
I had to go to another WoW streamer’s channel tonight and then the banner was at the top of their chat about anniversary drop. Once I clicked it it showed I had earned 0% progress. Likely a problem with Twitch or else Blizzard didn’t set it up correctly somehow on their Twitch account.

I watched the Warcraft twitch channel, and confirmed the drop was claimed, and even streamed WoW for 6.5 hours for others. All claimed, but none collected in game.

Watched on youtube my battlenet account is connected so is my google. Still can’t see connected under the video
What am I doing wrong here
Youtube for me anyway had this weird thing where if you used a “brand account” it wouldn’t give u credit for drops, had that problem with FIFA drops too
Watched on Twitch now and I could claim the award now to wait when I get it in game.
Not sure what you mean with Brand account.
Brand account is separate from your personal google account, if u click your profile and see switch account in youtube and it has 2 accounts that’s what i mean
my account has been linked for ages now cuz of the other drops
I watched some rando WoW twitch streamer for 20 min cuz gramma wasn’t on
Claimed , and didn’t get mine either
knew I should have just waited for gramma to go live.

On Twitch it specifically says it may take a wile for rewards to show up depending on how many claims they have to fill. Since this promo just started today, I expect they have a lot of claims to fill. We’ll be seeing the rewards in game in the next few days, I’m sure.
Claimed it on Twitch and never received the reward in-game.
I’ve claimed many drops before and this is the first time it didn’t work like it was supposed to.
Way to go Blizzard, way to go. You sacrified Blizzcon for this :*(
if only they said how long it could take…oh wait they did
it could take up to 24 hours
took 3 hours to get mine
I did twitch, waited an hour, nothing.
Hopped on tiktok, waited 3 minutes, got the code, put the code into my account, poof, instant redemption lol.
and they said it could take up to 24 hours
I didn’t get a code from twitch, just a “Claim” button.
Anyone else get a code?
6hrs so far, nothing
