I usually run keys on the weekend but after an hour or so, I just stopped because I wasnt enjoying it. I started to think about why and the only thing I can come up with is the fact this affix is not fun and its mainly because of the stun. Here is what Ide propose.
Change it so the debuff gives you 20% damage buff or maybe change it to 30% verse instead. We already dont feel the damage buff. I know this is a nerf but I am saying lower the damage since we wont be stunned any longer.
Keep it so if you clear too early, you lose the buff.

Thatâs really defeating its entire purpose. Itâs supposed to be a high risk high reward proposition. Youâve just turned the affix into a buff with no downside except for maybe the easily avoided swirlies.

Right. Thatâs why you have the challenge of clearing it. It may be lackluster for a seasonal affix, but the solution canât be to remove the part of it that poses a risk to the group, is all Iâm saying.
Do you realize the stun is optional? As long as 4 people clear there is no stun. You can eliminate the stun entirely without changing the mechanic at all. Youâre welcome.

Yes, it can. Itâs not a fun affix and offers nothing but frustration, even if done right.
For example, I was in a +16 court, key is going fine except the WW monk decide he had no responsibility to ever clear. Then at the end cried about people clearing too early after he caused two stuns.
Oh and here is a simply fix, the buff goes out after its cleared and everyone gets it. It could also last 5 secs longer.
I agree itâs not as fun as some of the affixes weâve had in the past, admittedly the last one with the dread lords was probably one of the best, but itâs not the worst. If you have that hard of a time with it, just clear immediately when it happens.

Unfun affix that causes tons of issues. Not that you would know, you dont play
Which mean there is no reward and instead the affix is a 5% buff to mobs. Like what lol
very fun affix. Rewards coordination. I just wish the timing was random instead of on a timer.

I liked it, made routing more fun, could kill things in different order or skip it entirely. Also why I liked the one in BFA during Nzoth where you could drop portals in different areas to skip stuff or just fight some minibosses at the end.
When did everyone start hating prot pallys I thought we were the defenders of the light and all that stuff?? Tough crowd!!
