people are talking about the ads in the group finder.
If they just limited listing M+ groups or current raids to level 80 characters it would clean out those listings over night. Of course it would just kick them into Quests or some other category but hey then people that say it isnât a problem would have to deal with it for a change and maybe theyâd also get vocal about it.

Itâs not limited to class trial. A boosted 60 and 70 can do the same thing. Itâs ridiculous that theyâre allowed to use Mythic and Mythic+ in the LFG tool.
Well thatâs what I get for just reading titles. Apologies. Yes those ones are awful. And very very often they are a lie and doing something bad. All those « molten core » listings are not running molten core.
TBF I did the same thing because it wasnât in the OP. I guess we needed to read the first few replies or something.
Trials shouldnât be able to use chats, they canât use mail or go into old raids they should really be for questing or doing the training dummy to see if you like the feel of the class

No amount of filters, restrictions, or addons are going to stop this as long as players continue to feel the need to give these people money.
The only solution is to find a way to include these players and help them to become better so that they donât feel compelled to pay for the privilege of doing content in a video game.

Maybe force them to stay in Exileâs Reach too.
And create a zone just for the 10 levels below max too to try their skills out.
There is zero reason for a non-paying members and trial characters to leave these two areas.

Thatâs where a filter could come in perfect, cause even if they got their own tab, theyâd never use it 
The still sell services in Trade Chat even after getting their own channel. The problem is they donât care, so we have to figure out how to filter them so we donât have to care either

People want wow to be social again. But 90% of is real money spam, 9% is that one guy looking for a specific craft, and 1% are real people discussing

It was barely social to begin with. Trade and Barrens chats were little more than Murloc movie titles and Chuck Norris jokes. The social aspect came from joining a guild, making friends, and running together while chatting on Ventrillo or looking stuff up on Thottbot. The only way to get the social aspect back is to find a like minded guild, hang in Discord with them, and then invite random people you dungeon with who seem chill and want the same thing.
One channel filter will not help socialization, but it can isolate offenders if implemented correctly. All the âsocial stuffâ is up to us.

I think weâre talking about two different things, my original post that you replied to was replying to someone talking a ont class trials those characters start at like 60 or whatever and they can use chat.
I think youâre talking about new characters on trial accounts which is different.
