Here’s the thing about the ‘crying’ on the GD
Some of it is just complaining for complaining’s sake or attention seeking, 100% alot of the unsub threads i’d lump into that catagory… that said…
Many of the threads filled with ‘crying’ are people who honestly love this game, and who enjoy it. They are not going anywhere, they see something, be it personally, or something they have seen multiple people complain about and try to bring attention to it in the hopes it can be fixed. Because they want to make sure this game keeps chugging along. Maybe its not always the right thing that is seen as a issue, but fandom doesn’t work like that and we all know it.
You can honestly enjoy something, and still complain about it, especially when many of the complaints, are ones that were raised during the beta and never addressed. It doesn’t make you a cry baby.

I like everything about shadowlands except low m+ loot drops.
I enjoy the leveling and the covenants the most. I haven’t experience end-game content just yet because I’m enjoying leveling my alts. The forums is a echo chamber for those who dislike the game and you won’t see many positive posts because those who enjoy the game are too busy playing the game.
I really think Blizzard should be more strict on these forums. The whining is getting out of hand and it needs to be toned down. It’s okay to voice your concerns but most of them are just trolls looking for attention.

Must not be enjoying it too much if you have time to read every complaint thread and take the time to post an entire thread about it.
At least these players are voicing what they don’t like in the slim hope somebody might take their feedback into account with future game updates. Alot of people just get frustrated and quit without giving a reason.
