Have tolls go up higher in price a bit so that it would make fewer vehicles on tolls and you (assuming you can afford it) take tolls to avoid traffic stress and reach to your destination on time

Or

Use regular highway roads, join in the traffic chaos, and plan way way early to get to your destination on time, even if it meant leaving an hour, maybe half an hour more, to be on time?

Neither, i have a bike and a phone, so anywhere is my road baby. Including the grass.
