The issue with GS in classic is that often times lower GS items are better. Due to stat allocation, hit chance, etc. A level 17 green can have the same stats as a 19 green because the 17 high rolled but still has a lower GS

Yup, we knew Eyr couldn’t resist but to play SoD, you cant possibly post that much about the game and claim youll never play… Esp since Era is dead now.

the point is judging people based on the score of some 3rd party app. that’s what retailers do. not classic players.

GS shouldn’t matter. I don’t have an issue with people attributing a score to gear, but having a high gear score should never be a requirement to finish a raid. This is because people should be able to hop in the raid the moment they ding 25 with all greens. It should be astonishing when a pug can’t finish a raid. Not when they can.

Endgame challenge should be shifted to pvp, exclusively.

Just admit you complained about SoD the entire time, raged to get them their own forums, and now are obsessed with the game and play it all the time.
