To collect your reward of 1000$ all you have to do is… fulfill the quest objectives.

I just don’t think gearing is that terrible for pvp outside of how long it takes to grind honor for upgrades and if someone is super low they’re probably so clueless
But the arguments he’s making do seem pretty flawed, I mean if you’re acting like there’s no skill involvement but people with bad gear can perform well then doesn’t that argument not even hold well whatsoever
This is why that person assumes you’re a Blizzard bot because you fail to understand what a majority of players are dealing with:
It’s easy to talk when you’re skilled enough to reach ranks only 2 - 3% of the playerbase can get to, but for most of us our reality is a lot different and there’s more of us than you guys.

I would enjoy it if blizzard “magically” removed ridiculous one shots, brought up sustained damage, and tuned their game more frequently so i could actually attempt to climb rating instead of sitting at the same ilvl week after week that would be SICK

that doesn’t mean i enjoy the meta dude. i would much rather it not be the only way i can win is hitting the lava burst lottery and deleting people. this one shot thing is awful, because it can just as easily happen to me or someone on my team. i feel like im learning almost nothing when i do arenas in SL. literally every game is like “well i could have done this better, and this, but also why does it matter our healer got one shot and didn’t press bubble” like wtf am i gonna about that
