on beta i think i was lvl 56 or 57 before i finally started to replace my ilvl 115s and a couple 120/125 items… even in beta i thought teh ilvl for quest rewards was really lacking and alot of us who played BFA in its entirety wont replace much untill ( id say 54-57) 57 being most likely to really start finding upgrades
