Individuals and guilds are allowed to offer GDKP* runs and boosting services for gold, as well as request gold tips for assistance in raiding, completing dungeons, or PvP activities. Any and all advertisement must occur in the Services chat channel**. The advertisement must be done by the WoW player-character who intends to participate in the gameplay activity. This means there should be no cross-realm advertising, and there should be no advertising from non-participating players.

Selling items for tips is still in though, good news for us DST enjoyers

You can’t sell HRed items.

You can only sell items you win normally in a raid. HRing is not winning.

Like if I go to a PUG and SR an item and win it, I can sell it if I want.

Guilds can sell services.
Guilds can run SR/HR runs.
Guilds can sell additional SR/HRs for willing buyers.

You can’t sell non-traditional services like boosting.

GDKP is also banned.

Mages also ask for tips when I get water, but I’m not giving them that either.
