Did you know, since WoTLK we got a Drama such as in Raid or Raw mats Gathering they are doing a mass report?? and so many player in a less 24hours got a banned, and yeah wave ban they said, but the fact is mass report

Is there a citation for the claim that RTM has gotten worse with the GDKP ban, and does that citation show a correlation between the two?

its all anecdotal. they cant prove it anymore than we can disprove it.

even still, correlation doesnt mean causation.

blizzard doesnt provide a flow chart about these things unfortunately.

As above, anecdotal but the general tone has been that more people are openly discussing and admitting to RMT.

Is this just a ā€œthis is the kind of player thatā€™s left playing classicā€ issue? Or was it an issue because of the insane pricing on anniversary? No way to really know for sure. Blizzard will never let us see the data on ban amounts and reasons.

Random off topic thought: I think itā€™d be sick if whenever someone got banned it would put their name and ban reason in chat on every server. An FPS I used to play would do that and it was genuinely one of my favorite things to see during a session. Servers would go quiet as everyone just watched the ticker of bans rolling in.

Itā€™s sad to see blizzard destroying classic just for more profits and its progressively gotten worse over the years but i think this is the worst iā€™ve seen them so far.

Would like to see a dedicated gdkp server or acknowledgment of this failed experiment and reverting of the gdkp ban policy with a new approach to stopping rmt that does not impact legitimate players and the health of the game.
