Republicans. The last couple of times I voted they had a tent where they were entertaining themselves with less than ideal jokes about the other party (they were kind of crude last time).
They also want to put the vale (virginia beach) at risk with things like Uranium mining in the state
So naming them after the Dark Lady’s least favorite Orc seems to work
