It would seem you are right. The announcement was removed from Blizzards scheduled Maintenance page as well. Perhaps the figured their player base forum posters needed more then a 48 hour notice that things were changing. Hopefully when we do switch to the new format, we will get a Blue post. One that tells us when the change is taking place, and better explains all the changes.

mm, i think the forums are going to carry over the last 2 weeks of threads so methinks we just keep going. Otherwise if we start over, we have to repeat thread 69 again *shudders*
