The closest to the starter area is Wingwest Embassy, if you’re still questing in Walking Shores I would suggest saving hearth at Ruby Life Pools until you unlock Valdrakken the major city and use guild cloak or Dalaran hearth if you want easy access back and forth to Orgrimmar from Dragon Ises.
But you have to connect flight paths the old fashion way, I don’t know when map heirloom toy will come out in DF.
If you have difficulties getting around on your dragon in dugeons.

Dragon eggs are the best!
I’m not too sure about the black dragon eggs. If welps hatch healthy and uncorrupted, I’ll eat those too.
Those little baby welps are so cute and plump I might eat them too!
