Hell/Baator is the Lawful Evil Place located on the Outer Planes and the Abyss is the Chaotic Evil Place thrown alongside Limbo(Chaotic Neutral) into the Inner Planes tearing them into a Mass of Elemental Energies and Realms(with the Abyss being one of them) whirling around the Feywild, Shadowfell and the Prime Material Plane with them only just now recovering enough for the Elemental Planes to reform between the Center of the Inner Planes and the Elemental Chaos Limbo.
Incidentally apparently locations in the Planes have a habit of being in multiple Planes at once(at least if what the Wiki sources say are to be believed)! Portals to other Planes aren’t always like Azeroth’s usual Portals after all. Some work the same way as the ones to the Abyssal Maw and Deepholm(through some crack in the ground or cave entrance).
As such it wouldn’t be surprising if Pandemonium is merely the Tunnels of Hell expanded into a Plane. The Layers of Hell themselves are Infinite so their Tunnels being Infinite is not hard to imagine.
Howler’s Crag I.E the Center of Cocytus incidentally has a portal out of Cocytus yet the sources apparently don’t say where to despite the Demons squatting around Cocytus(which is not enough to say Cocytus is not in the Frozen Lake of Nessus as Nessus has an entrance to the Abyss inside it and therefore should be subject to constant Demon invasions unlike the rest of Hell aside from the first Layer).
I also wouldn’t be surprised if Tartarus is infact a bunch of Planets in Nessus(lowest Layer of Hell unless you consider Cocytus a layer) with the lowest known Layer of Tartarus(the Planet Agathys) being imbedded in the Lake of Ice in Nessus(the fact that Tartarus ends in Ice definitely insinuates that it’s floating in the skies of Nessus)!
Incidentally the Neutral Evil Place Gehenna is a set of Infinite Mountainous Planets that are visible from each other. Wouldn’t surprise me if they also were part of Nessus like Tartarus considering they are both sets of Planets with one being infinite-sized Planets and the other being normal-sized Planets…

I have a higher leveled hunter already; I just remade a hunter on another server so I can pass on the $25 on a bigger Alliance server. Sageras seem to have a nice community.

Le patch notes “Fixed an issue that caused Assassin traps and Sorceress Hydras to teleport to the player after they move a certain distance from where the skill was cast.”
Friggin knew that was a bug. I mentioned it on Reddit and got all “read the patch notes noob” and “your a troll” responses

Wow I used hydras in hell for a bit and that bug would be actual hell. (I play D2 solo)
While they were low damage they were good for messing with the ai to shoot around doorways without being hit.
