Was wondering if anyone here is weird like me and also uses a gcd bar via weakaura. The visual of a small bar like a swing bar for warriors in classic helps me keep tempo in combat and not sit too long.
Also, wasn’t this a thing in tbc? For melee to have both a swing and gcd bar? I must be getting old.
I have a cooldown swirl on my abilities that shows the gcd.
Swing timer applied to auto attacks back the day. It was a big deal back when proc’s were percentage based and weapon speeds were a thing. The more swings you had the more proc’s you got. The more dps you put.
I assume it still exists. It’s just not as import these days.

I also have the gcd sweep on my buttons, maybe the bar is redundant. It does help me personally when things get hectic and im focused on moving around lol
Its not needed for Rogue because Rogue is an energy class and therefore has a static GCD (1s unless youre in Adrenaline Rush) so theres nothing to adjust to.
