I had a two characters with WoD garrison work orders pending when the latest round of server connections were made with maybe 24-36 hours of completed orders and full supplies for another 2-4 days of work orders pending. After the connection was completed, I have no pending or completed work orders.
This was on two separate characters, both on Perenolde. One tailoring, one inscription.
All in all not a big deal, but a bug nonetheless.
