Fully upgraded level 3 garrison, no quests available except old daily quests in the garrison. Garrison Hearthstone toy - “You cannot do that right now” this character only.
Incompetent support has advised me that I never completed “Establish your garrison” which would be impossible since I have had a fully upgraded level 3 garrison since…WOD was current. The character it doesn’t work on was this one, and likely the FIRST one I had that I did everything on.
Either CS can’t actually read, is AI, or has no answer so they’re just parroting a wrong answer an calling it closed.
They would be correct.
The quest is not flagged as complete for this character.

well thats helpful to know that it is bugged… is there a fix?
honestly, this seems like something a GM should be able to fix.
open another ticket, (or re-open the original one) and tell them that the while the quest isn’t flagged as complete, all the subsequent quests in the chain have been completed.
it shouldn’t be possible for this quest to be marked as incomplete, when the quests after it have been completed.
something obviously went wrong somewhere.
did you faction change at any point?
I have not faction changed, server changed, or anything like that.
I cannot see how this is actually possible? This quest is a requirement for the subsequent quests that I have completed as I can promise you, level 3 garrison.
CS said they marked the quest ready to turn in for me. To Gazlowe. Outside of the barren area before your garrison is built. Who I cannot access because I have a level 3 garrison, and Gaz is in the little room in the hall with nothing to turn into.

Oh I am. This last one seemed to be the only one that read past “Garrison Hearthstone toy not working” in the ticket.

yeah, looks like some progress is being made with the issue.
After…7 CSRs, I finally got someone that could understand what was going on. They turned in that quest on their end on the character and it works now.
No explanation given at all. I’ll take it.
Im glad you got a solution. Seems like a lot of odd things have been happening with this garrison hearthstone toy. Honestly the toy should just teleport us to the area we start the quests at if we really haven’t gotten the garrison yet. Then it would solve this entire issue.
