My friend is having the same issues. but hears no music. We tried all the above things and then some.

Blizz, are we investigating this? Becoming rather tedious. Talking to a guildie, he’s had no issue at all.

Launcher says game is running. Turns out it isn’t or I wouldn’t be here whining.

Hey all,

Here are some things to check out and try if you’re still not able to launch the game.

  1. Make sure the system meets the new minimum system requirements.
  2. Ensure the display drivers are updated.
  3. Reset the user interface and try launching the game again.
  4. Try launching the game in windowed mode.
  1. Start the Blizzard app
  2. Select the game icon on the left
  3. Click on the Options menu (below the game logo) and select Game Settings
  4. Check the box “Additional command line arguments”
  5. In the new text box, type the following command:
    -windowed
  6. Click Done at the bottom to save the changes, then hit Play to launch the game again.
