not sure if this goes in customer support or tech support but my game client has stopped responding. npcs wont talk to me and now my character is stuck trying to mount her frosty carpet. it’s not my internet connection as that seems perfectly fine. in game indicator doesnt indicate any lag and i dont see anything about the servers being taken down. cannot log out either.
What you’re describing certainly sounds like it might be lag. It could be something going on somewhere between your computer and Blizz servers.
First thing I would do is to try rebooting your computer and see if it persists. If it does, Tech Support might be a better place for further help.

i closed out the game window from windows menu and it seems to have worked. thanks anyways.
