Kinda is.
My hate for them stems from HMP rpers, because for some reason that very specific subset attracts some of the most insufferable gits I’ve ever met.
Which is saying something
because I met myself.
According to a 5 second google search, they’re implementing non player facing updates to prepare for Shadowlands prepatch
All things in moderation, including world of warcraft.

I think it is exciting!!! Long maintenance times aren’t so common as they were. Perhaps they are downloading a lot of sweet new stuff into our game to prepare for Shadowlands!!!

you sounds entitled? Tuesday has been maintenance day since WoW Vanilla. As it’s already been stated it used to be a lot longer. Sometimes server updates take longer so it get’s extended. I am also going to assume you don’t understand how server updates can work since they not only have to deploy it but also make sure it’s working correctly after they deploy said updates.
