Game lag or Graphic lag druid form

My computer is fairly old so im guessing its part of the problem, but after installing latest amd graphic drivers when changing druid forms it takes forever to change forms up to a minute even tried it with no addons but still the same, its kinda funny when i fly into a world boss in dark shore and I’m still in my flight form graphic even though im attacking in feral.
