All addons are up to date. Speed test runs fine, I’ve got no explanation. It’s been occurring over the past week.

Keep in mind that proper troubleshooting would require renaming the addon folder to rule those out. Simply updating or disabling in-game isn’t sufficient for this.
Speed tests ping a server closest to your home to test to the top speed a connection can run. This is not a useful way to measure a connection to the WoW servers, like a WinMTR would be.

Is this for Shadowlands or Classic? I noticed this card doesn’t meet the system requirements for Shadowlands, but it does for Classic.
Either way, the GPU is not responding to Windows commands and is being rebooted by the system. Those are the only errors of note in the report. Doing a clean install of the driver can sometimes help. Checking for overheating may also be important, since that’s very common with your CPU model.
Edit: If the problem you’re experiencing is related to latency, then you’d want to add a WinMTR here for troubleshooting.
