Game Keeps Crashing and Freezing

I have done the scan and repair once with no luck and I have removed all addons as well. I logged in and went to check the response on a ticket I had opened and the game crashed again.

Any Suggestions?

I tried that once before too. But I’m going to try it again after I have used the scan/repair tool.

You folowed the instructions or just removed the addons.

I just did this a second time (followed the instructions) and game seems to be working well now.
