I suspected this for a few weeks, but I took care to pay attention this last week. The game is not accurately recording events on my characters, such as when I do delves, world events, etc. Right now on this character it is telling me that I didn’t do a single timewalking or heroic dungeon and I don’t have access to the rewards that I should.
Edit: I consider this a game breaking problem. Especially since now I know this has been ongoing across my characters since I came back to the game and it wasn’t my imagination.
I’d edit this thread and move it to Bug Report to get it under the investigation of QA. There wouldn’t really be anything CS can do as they cannot modify someone’s progress in the Great Vault.
You are most likely behind in claiming rewards. They keep stacking and don’t expire. For instance if you were three weeks behind but had only claimed two, you’d be constantly behind every week and might not realize.
Near the bottom of the Vault page it should say something like this is a past reward. Try claiming something, then keep going back until it doesn’t offer anything else.
I will clarify. Every week I claim a reward, although not all of my progress is recorded so my selection is not what it should be. I did not have a backlog of rewards to claim on this character or my other characters. I simply am not being credited for progress I made the previous week and my options for rewards are therefor unavailable. It looks like it is tracking my LFR progress accurately and nothing else.
I didn’t even know that this was a thing or that the rewards could vary within a week. No. I don’t have a backlog of rewards. I am missing reward options, period.
It’s not a thing, GMs cannot adjust the vault whether something is claimed or not. But some people think they can so they do not claim rewards.
I’m sorry, but you actually didn’t clarify. Do you currently have any items you can select in the vault or are they pending grey circles/nothing at all?
