Why would you remove another pillar of the trinity though? Tanks are already extremely niche⌠this would remove another portion of the pvp playerbase while breaking a few dps classes in the process.
Well it is a drastic change, obviously will need some tuning for some dps that have theirs defensives based on healing dmg.
The pvp community is perfectly fine excluding tanks from pvp (which i donât agree), because they say it is a pve spec and they have no place in pvp, so why not give healers the same treatment? They are obviosuly overtuned compared to most dps specs and in most cases is what dictates which side wins the battle.

The smallest sub section of the game quiting wonât kill the game for starters. Also giving patch information ahead of a sub patch dropping has happneed many a times, we have even had expansion reveals before the final patch went live. The tin foil might be wrapped a little too tight and cutting of the blood flow to your brain.
Yes, unskilled gameplay modes tend to bring in more playersâŚ

To make the game more accessible to new players, the first thing blizzard needs to do is disable addons, reduce cc down to 2 secs each just like overwatch, reduce button bloat down to 6 buttons max per class and once a player reaches 2400+ they should only ever be put into elite ques in both BGs and arena.

Every class should have 6 buttons max including 1 heal, 1 dps, 1 defensive, 1 offensive, 1 mobility, and 1 cc. Make the game playable on controller, add it to the PS store and boom another 40million subscribers. Oh but then pikaboo and cdew will stop plaâŚno one cares!

I believe you are right in the sense that wow should be based on the players, the 99% who fund and pay for this game. Not the 1% who play this game for a living, as a full time job.
I mean seriously any new gamer that comes to wow, the minimum requirements just to function at an average level, the learning requirements. Those same requirements you could invest that time, learn a second language, and to play a musical instrument.
What would be more attractive in RL? Multi Lingual, and plays the guitar orrrr, brag about your 3500 arena rating lol. Who knows, some think neck beards and fedora hats are Hawt! lol
