When i load in to northrend the game switches between loading screen and the actual game screen rapidly then crahses.
Does it do this on every character or just one?
If it’s just one character, there’s a chance that they’ve gotten ‘stuck’ and need to be moved. You can do this with the self-serve feature here:

If it’s every character, you might need to reach out to Tech Support for assistance. But I’d start with running a Repair.

its every character. it finally loaded after running through the route multiple times.

Glad it cleared up! If it continues, the repair might still be a good idea, but a Full UI Reset might do the trick too.
