I have been experiencing these freezes since TWW pre-patch. I never had these freezes before that. It is not an FPS drop issue–I can still move my character around smoothly, while everyone else looks like they are running in place not doing anything. When the freeze is over, everything that happened server-side happens all at once. To me, it looks like the server stopped sending network packets, and then all of a sudden they arrive in a big batch.
