I also cant reload the character UI, which I saved. I have tried reloading ui but its still the default settings. How do I get my settings back it took forever to get right i dont want to do it again.
same here, i got game crashed, can’t log back in, and only succeeded after a few tries, then all my saved UI layout were deleted. how can we get it back?
Same problem here! It took soooo long to set it right, I can’t believe it’s just gone. I hope they can fix this and reinstate our saved UI… I’m really annoyed -_-
After I noticed that my UI was reset for multiple characters I just logged out.

same issue for me the UI reset to default and the saved setting disappeared.
