I just had a character that was utterly unable to change locations via portals or heartstone. I then tried to change character for comparison just to be told that the world server is down. I suppose I see another movie for now.

Yeah just finished some timewalking dungeon and then couldnt get back outside
it kept teleporting me back infront of the black market auction house whenever i tried to walk away, i think its trying to tell me something
