We get this post with a different mount every year in mid-late January. It’s been this way for past 8 years.

Great, pre-patch is 7 days away and we haven’t had notes on it for 26. There are MASSIVE issues currently unresolved. They could you know, release development notes on the thing that is actually going to make or break the game, and THEN release this.
The mount art team will get right on it.

Pretty sure the mount art team isn’t in charge of marketing release schedules.
The marketing team decides when to release this yes. They could also you know, communicate with the developers so they’re not pitching sales when players are wondering if the game is going to even be playable a week from today.
