Can you explain why all sudden my Logitech G510 keyboard won’t show my character stats now…this keyboard has been out since 2010 and I have had one since 2013 and never had a issue with the WoW applet showing my stats all though expansions till Shadowlands went live.
I know you had a crack down on 3rd party software controlling characters ie multi boxers but this applet has no control of my character in game at all…all it does is show my stats for my character …same stats I can see if I look at my character in game.
Why no word from Blizzard on why the G510 keyboard app stop working with Shadowlands…why are you not allowing us to use the app of the keyboard when it does nothing inside the game and you allowed us up till Shadowlands to have this feature we paid for with these keyboards?
I believe this is a lack of continued update support of the applet rather than anything Blizzard is intentionally blocking or prohibiting.

It worked the week before SL went live…never had to update any drivers for the app to work with the keyboard…
Blizzard probably changed something that the app used to obtain the data and display it. This happens all the time with addons. It is up to the creator of the app to maintain it via updates or abandon it. Its really no different than any other addon.
