When it worked with mongoose fury it was actually amazing in legion, this is coming from someone who actually mained it. It helped to extend your mongoose fury window and was used an end cap out of your bursty mongoose bite spam window.
Not sure of its place given the new design but it could end up being one of our stronger talents. Also i don’t know who started the rumor that you couldn’t move during but yes you could move while using fury of the eagle.
