DH is simple to play but has a bunch of cool little stuff. Combining double jump, glide, fel rush and vengeful retreat to move around and get to otherwise unreachable spots is fun.
Just noticed this thread is in Classic, whoops.

Why not just delete it then?
Because I like hearing myself talk.

Literally druid.
Honestly though, this has been aswered thousands, probably millions of times from WoW’s release up to BfA. And the answer is always the same: whichever class you find to be the most fun.
I am, and always have been, a druid main right from the start of the game. Their lore, their bond with nature, their healing, their aninal forms, their speed, their race choices, their class quests, their underdog mentality - ask me and I will 100% say druid. In every expansion. Someone else will say hunter. Others warlock. No one can tell you which class will be the most fun for someone else - we can all only answer that question for ourselves.
Hunter for me. It allows for relaxed easy playing if I’m tired and don’t feel like putting effort it, but also has a high skill ceiling for when it’s time to get serious. CC that works on every mob type, plus a skilled hunter is able to differentiate himself from a huntard with chain trapping. Longest range of any class means hunters can kite every class. Oh yeah, and we can solo things like no ones business.
Banana lord, I mean Paladin.
