I realize that someone has worked on Fullscreen and Windowed lately. How do I know this? because in Windowed recently you could accidentally grab the entire screen and move it.
Now despite all the work put into it the ‘new’ problem is you can set Windowed…Apply and close and think ok it’s done but if you log out and back in or switch to another character it always Reverts to Full Screen. Now fullscreen may be great for some and those who have no other responsibilities but I have to play WoW windowed. Full Screen does not work for me at all. So IF you could please put it back to the way it ALWAYS WAS that would work and be great. Thank you.
Have you tried going into your settings and setting as windowed? Maybe run as admin to have it stick. This kind of thing is on the user end and would need to work out on how to fix it.

Yes of course I set it as windowed as that is how I have always played and here it is weeks later and still i can accidentally grab the screen and move it off my monitor. It is ridiculous. Nothing I can do at this end fixes it and I know how I was fixing it in the not so distant past and it no longer responds. Not my computer but thanks for suggesting its me.
