The only one avoiding anything is you. And you aren’t cute. If you want to argue about availability of characters and realms, hire a lawyer. Maybe then you will believe what everyone else understands. You are not guaranteed 100% access 100% of the time. No matter what you say on the forum. No matter how you personally want to define “lease”. You are not going to start an uprising by posting in the Customer Support forum.

Well, if you believe that to be the case, have your lawyers read the EULA you agreed to so they may more better explain to you what your purchase of a game license and game time entitles you to, and what exactly Blizzard is required to provide to you.
There is absolutely zero chance of you retaining competent representation willing to file suit against Blizzard for breach of contract.
