How did you manage to phase? I had my buddy invite me on his alt and i didnt phase to him he phased out i stayed in prepatch IC
Can confirm also. Just party sync’d with my hommie who has a lvl 47 alt. Was waiting on the small island as and I sycn’d it started working immediately.

I had the same issue with you guys, the vision wasn’t proccing. I swam under the icecap on my mount and when I went back on the icecap it worked. Give it a try.

Same here. Same exact issue. It works! Find a friend, must be level < 50. Group with them, have them sink with you, and BAM!
Just to confirm. This worked for my GF today. Go to the location, have a sub level 50 inv you to group and party sync. Instantly worked
