This is literally the best chance to add Frostmourne appearance, for us Dks. We will literally step into the role of the Lich king, we will be him for a while and do these timewalking quests, we need a fitting reward at the end of it
And what best reward would be for being the Lich king? His iconic sword.
Come on, it is available as appearance in diablo, we need this in wow, we had other iconic weapons as transmog as well and it was never a problem.
And before someone starts, it doesn’t need to be and its not going to be the real frostmourne, just a replica, an appearance, and that is perfectly fine knowing we have other replicas as transmong appearance like Sargeras Sword, - who currently is a giant sword piercing Azeroth.
There was literally a weapon mog of Frostmourne as a prop for one of the quests during the 20th Anniversary event. It’s already been in-game and usable for who knows how long. Blizzard is just dead set on not letting us have it for whatever reason.
It was like a 5 minute duration thing. It kind of proves as well that 2h should have been a transmog option because thats exactly what it accomplished. This kind of showed that the transmog system could be opened up big time. Want to sword and board as an arms warrior? Transmog option. Want to have a 2h over 2 1h weapons, transmog option. Want to sword and board as an Unholy DK? Transmog option.
If people want choice then use the system that is meant for choice, open it up. Want to use a wand and offhand even though you have a staff? Transmog. Want to use a 2h over your sword and board? Transmog. Want to use a 2h weapon for Enchancement? Transmog. Its the best option for everyone.
Frostmourne however is gone and they dont want to have another Ashbringer or Doomhammer.

That is a fact. Its gone, it no longer exists. and yes, that does have to do with the thread, and it wasnt just about transmog shields which shows how little you read and you just want to kick and scream until you get your way.

Heres the thing, you guys say I dont play the game therefore I dont know what im talking about so tell me… how do you unlock transmog options… is it just given to you or do you have to actually get the item to be able to unlock it?
And how exactly are you supposed to get something that doesnt exist? Go back in time and steal it from the Lich King? That wont work because the sword itself ill consume your soul and you will be a pile of flesh nuggets on the ground. Going to go ask The Primus to make a weapon again that he was most likely tortured and forced to make in the first place? You guys constantly talk about how bad I am all the time but you guys would be advocating for something pretty bad here. Even if through a fantasy story which touches on your morals as a person.
