The Frost Fire Leg Guards of Preparation are not buffing, I’ve checked my buff tracker after every encounter for the week and nothing resembling the effects stated for them is popping up. I’ve even run the mat for all my other abilities to make sure my haste is correct. This is on my Ret Pal
